As Senior Producer at Jam3, I led the development of an interactive XR retail experience for adidas, designed to transform limited in-store space into an immersive digital storytelling platform. Launched in select Dick’s Sporting Goods locations, the experience invited shoppers to scan a QR code beside the new Predator boot, unlocking a web-based augmented reality journey that showcased product features through dynamic 3D animations and cinematic storytelling. I oversaw all phases of production—from creative development and 3D asset creation to XR integration and deployment—ensuring the platform was not only visually engaging and technically seamless, but also scalable for future product launches. The result was a high-impact, future-forward retail moment that redefined how adidas connects with consumers on the ground.
